Card, program, and award facts come from the issuer, the airline, the hotel group, or a government source. Where we lean on another publication's reporting or original analysis, we name them and link to them rather than absorbing their work as our own.
Forum threads, scraped data sets, and unattributed aggregator pages are not treated as facts here. If something can only be traced back to one of those, we either verify it ourselves or leave it out.
Points facts go stale fast. Every claim shows the date we verified it. If a page has not been checked recently, the date will say so before it costs you anything.
When we get something wrong, we post the correction on the article with the date it was made and leave the original error visible. Email Nick@JustAnEpicLife.com if you spot one.
